HACCP/Food Safety Systems Workshop at Cornell University

Cornell Dairy Foods Extension is pleased to offer a HACCP/Food Safety Systems Workshop, with a self-paced lecture section online followed by a hands-on on-campus portion August 19-20, 2015. This course is the integral/central component of the Dairy Foods Certificate Program being offered at Cornell University. Individuals may register for the workshop and enroll in the Dairy Foods Certificate Program, or register for the course as a stand-alone program.
The deadline for enrollment is Monday, August 3 and enrollment is limited to the first 30 participants, so we urge you to register early. Instructions for on-line registration for the course are below.
This course will consist of self-paced lecture sessions to be completed on-line prior to the hands-on sectionthat will cover the steps involved in developing and maintaining a HACCP/Food Safety Plan. It is designed to provide comprehensive instruction on the development of HACCP based food safety programs for dairy operations that should apply to juice and other foods as well. It will provide practical information, forms,exercises and tools intended to enhance HACCP and other food safety systems. For complete details, see here.
