Workshop: Become a sugar detective

Announcement from Cornell University Wellness Program:

Become a Sugar Detective!  Tuesday, April 28, 12:15-1:00 pm, MVR 142

As a parent, your job of offering healthy, non-sugary snacks can be of the utmost importance, and often quite difficult in our fast-paced culture. Join Cornell dietetics students for a workshop unveiling the mystery of common snacks and the sugar that they hide. Learn about the different types of sugars in snacks for kids as well as adults, have a chance to build your own delicious snack with less sugar, and develop your skills in finding hidden added sugars on food labels. This will be interactive and a snack will be provided. Register with the link below and join us on April 28, 2015 from 12:15-1:00 pm in MVR 142. https://cornell.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_0oIIOEC0n6kzsEd
